I was always a skinny kid and in high school I was anorexic. Then in my 30s I went on a medication that made me hungry all the time. I gained so much weight. I went off the medication now, but it's been so hard to lose all the weight. I understand how hard it is. You should be very proud.

Hello Anna! I am also Anna ❤ I'm also addicted to food, and recently found a new passion for eating healthier and having better eating habits. I'm so happy for you, and pray you always have the passion and determination to keep up this life long journey. Food addiction is so hard, and I'm still suffering so much with it. Thank you so much for sharing your journey! I've lost 13 lbs so far, and need to lose many more. I'm a little tall but not enough to help me out very much as an excuse lol.

I have the same circumstances. It’s highly doubtful insurance would pay for it bc 1) more and more insurances in the United States are deciding not to cover it, and 2) don’t have high blood pressure or diabetes. And bc I have Crohn’s disease I know I will only be able to get the sleeve if I asked. But I am so tired of losing weight only to gain it again. I need to have better discipline, but it’s a constant battle to force myself to stay on track.
