Please keep bringing such videos. I personally benefitted alot from your healthy diet n healthy routine habits videos. For eg. In one video through you i came to know about monk fruit sugar so i substituted this sugar in place of white sugar and it is benefiting our family so well health wise and we r able to have deserts also (ofcourse still we maintain limits) , next when u showed your walking video with ur mom, masi and cousin that also helped us to start walking, ofcourse we always keep hearing n know very well everybody should walk how much they can but impacts r very different when our fav celebs/influencer/ vlogger says and another such benefits i got is when u told about how to read ingredients which are written back of packages and what to see while buying it especially after that video i m more aware of palm oil and avoid those package where palm oil written, again we keep reading and watching about oils and palm oil par itna dhyaan nahi rahta hai par hamare fav celeb/influencer/vlogger ne bol diya toh dimaag mein rahta hai and u show and tell also so nicely thats y aur dimaag mein rahta hai. Aapke work outs videos b dekh kar bahot baar Motivation mila hai ki workout kare and many different kinds of workout ke baare mein b lata chalta hai jaise iss video mein b n throughout debina decodes mein b aapne bataya hai..which helps alot. In the name of weight loss strategies or guidance people charge hefty fees, whereas you are guiding us so much in detail on youtube ❤ much love Debi di, my obstacle or issue in weightloss is - I am a 20 yo living in a pg so can't afford actual homecooked food. Hello Mam, I was not working out due to my office work(geographic changes) and stressful work environment...later I was diagnosed with ulcers, harnia , fatty liver stage 2 and pcod I was in medication for 4 months..my Doc suggested me to do lifestyle change which i started following and also my weight was 80kg so i started workout basically only cardio but now I feel my body is getting weak more than before and got fever , fainting evry now and then also my body lost 6kg not because of exercise but because of high fever weakness which is not good I think so....when I did some test and I see deficiency of vitamin D, Vitamin b12 I still feel dizziness whole day..what should I do now.. as per doc suggestions I having bedrest and multi vitamin medicine...but I am tired feel like will I be Normal

Hello mam, I have endometriosis, going through an IVF process. Doctor has asked me to lose two more kgs to be able to inject the embryo. I have been walking 6 km everyday, dieting as well.
