I wish they would remove or severely nerf the shutdown system. It actually just enables bad players to capitalize on easy champs and forces you to be one or even two entire elo brackets ahead of where you are to consistently carry. I have lost so many games because I am hard carrying and the enemy team gets objective bounty, I get baited by my team into a shit fight and their carry gets a free 1500g from a dragon and a shutdown in 5seconds. Needs to be removed.

Yuumi: the new spin to win champion. I think this video proves just how busted kracken slayer is. Getting the noonquiver earlier would have really helped your farming; flat damage boost against minions and you had enough for it on first back.
