Darius ULT may be recast for 20 seconds. Teleport takes 4 seconds Death timers are based on 'game time' (TIF) and 'Champion level' (BRW). -TIF is N/A before 15 min. -BRW is ~ 6 sec lvl @ 1-2 ~ 8 sec lvl @ 3-4 ~ 10 sec @ lvl 5 ~ 12 sec @ lvl 6 ~ 16 sec @ lvl 7. If you proxy killed your opponent and every enemy wave while he held TP without RQing (still lvl 1) but used TP (4s) immediately after you dunked on him (6s), there would be 10 secs to recast ULT. Since you killed GP when he was lvl 6 (12s) and he used TP (4s) instantly, there was a 4 second window to use D ULT for a stack or gap close and 2s by the time he could have left tower range. That window goes away when the opponent is lvl 7 and comes back when Darius reaches lvl 16.
