Ran into you at the ramp of that small pond at the St. Lawrence this past year. I agree about the downsizing of baits and actually make a small finesse/Ned skirted jig in tungsten that works quite well. If I wasn’t so star struck at meeting you, haha, I would have given you a couple to try on that pond.

What jigheads do you like for the minnows??? That's something I've struggled with finding the right ones. They just seem to have way to light of a wire in most and not big enough for things like the freeloader without stepping up the wire diameter to big to stick a fish a long ways out... Any recommendations??

Baby Dub and Hunter with some camera time. Matter of time before Baby Dub gets in trouble and Hunter is chasing him around the boat while Kyle hollers run linc run. I have always had really good luck on 3/16 ballhead with wire guard with a craw in the fall around wood and shoreline rocks. #TeamWelcher
