I was living with my Dad until I was 35,but then he got sick and couldn't pay the mortgage and also pay for his healthcare bills, so he sold me the house for was left on the mortgage which was $100k, so technically he lives with me.

Can the proofreader or editor please put the full stops in the right place. If you're not capable of that, remove them completely. Those of us like to read the story are being jarred out of the story by stupidly placed full stops.
