In this video, the pan seems to be stainless steel pans. With those, in order to properly fry eggs and not stick, the pan needs to be heated to a high enough temperature essentially to become non stick. If eggs were put into a relatively hot pan, the whites will start turning opaque quite quickly (showing the cooking process), however in the video it was translucent completely still (completely raw). Hope this helps.
