I’m a videographer, and once, for a hip-hop nightclub, I created a visual experience wich would they presented to indicate that it was now prime time. At midnight, the lights would dim, and the music would stop. Then, the howling bass of IGORS THEME would start, and I created visuals that would be played on the massive screens around the club when the beat dropped. I’m pretty sure the mainstream audience didn’t know the song, but the song hit so hard that they used the Show every Saturday for a whole year. I gotta upload that one man. Love this album. Literally the only negative thing I can say is that a few songs have cracks and pops baked in as part of the mix so if you listen to it on vinyl for the first time it might have you running to Discogs to find out if your pressing is bad. That's not really much of a complain more a PSA haha. If you all check out Tyler again I'd do Flower Boy next as it's a good bridge between the style of IGOR and the more rap mixtape style of CMIYGL. I'd actually include the Estate Sale with the latter since it's so good but wouldn't blame ya'll if you split that into it's own video. Already looking forward to the reaction the the DJ Drama parts.
