If it's alright I've got a couple questions for ya. First off, what camera and mic (if you need a mic with the camera) are you using? I'm thinking about getting an action cam and whatever you're using seems like it would fit my needs perfectly? And what is/where did you get the fish holder your daughter used around the 6:30 mark? A pike gashed up my finger bout a week and a half back and I've been looking into ways to prevent that from happening again lol. Anyways, great video and great catch!

I use a GoPro HERO10 Black for my hatcam, and a GoPro HERO10 at the bow coupled with a GoPro Media Mod and a Rode Wireless Go. That camera is mounted on a YOLOTEK Powerstick, which plugs right into the bow or stern Nav light socket and it powers the GoPro. That way there's no need to stick a power bank up there anywhere. Put the GoPro in Looping mode and have it recording all day. When you want to capture something, you just stop the recording and it will save that last period of time you have selected. I think it's in intervals of 1, 5, 20, 60, and 120. Makes videos a bit easier to manage when there's only 2-3 hours of footage that you selected vs 8 hours of footage to have to scrub through. As for the lip grippers, they're nothing special, just some cheapo ones. If your going to buy a pair, I'd recommend getting the wider plastic ones, there's less chance of damaging the fish's mouth with those. The one I have is prone to tearing unnecessary holes in their mouths. I really only use it while unhooking a fish, or for my wife or daughter to use.
