I will apologize early on for this unsolicited advice, just concerned. Early signs ng anxiety yan Vika, yung overthinking, yung mga what ifs at yung sobrang futuristic lagi ang pag-iisip, yung ang dami mong fear na mangyayari in the future, fight it back before it gets worse. I've been there, yung overthinking lang and then lumala, hindi ka na makatulog sa kaiisip or worry, then you'll experience having anxiety attacks and panic attacks, and they are the worst of all. Learn as early as now to divert your thoughts into positive ones, count your blessings to remind you that you are blessed than many others and then you will realize that what you actually have right now (relationship wise/family wise) is actually a beautiful partner and soon to be a lovely small family. Pray for peacefulness in your mind and if you need to mingle with people then do it, go unwind or have a short vacation before you give birth to relax your mind.

Isa yan sa behavioral signs ng pag bubuntis. A lot of us women don't know that our anxiety is mostly rooted by our maternal instincts. When our female or maternal instincts is threatened ( its one of the reason why we constantly wonder if there's someone or something that will steal what we think is OURS) our feelings of anxiety, overprotective, etc is high. Kaya the best advice that I'd give is not to entertain it too much because feelings come and go. For men being understanding is helpful, you don't have to validate the feelings kasi minsan may mga tao'ng kapag na vavalidate mas lalong nagiging anxious. Just be understanding and say whatever it is their feeling "its okay"... Vika is pregnant kaya instincts ng mga babae kadalasan is to 'protect'(which is natural kasi its preparing women for motherhood) kung ano'ng sa kanya. Kaya because you are her husband damay ka.

Hey Vika! My fiancé and i had our daughter in April last year. I wont lie, things are a little challenging in those first couple months, but they do get a lot easier. Try not to worry too much about having no time with eachother, or if Eugene will lose feelings, all those hormones make you think irrationally sometimes. You have a lovely and caring man, and with baby, you guys will grow even closer. Parenthood is a very life changing experience, and really not as bad as you think. Gene, don't feel bad when Vika feel this way. It's not always but it's normal for pregnant women to feel insecure when they're expecting. Their body hormones are constantly changing that's why her emotions go up and down. Do things to assure her that you are ALWAYS there for her during these times and be patient with her.
