Eat 500 calories less than the calorie intake your body requires or burn 500 calories off each day. I hope this could provide some help in some way

I agree with Tina. If you do eat less portions of a meal, you do lose weight. I know from experience cuz eight years ago I slim down for the first time in my life. Before then I wasn't in the best shape of my life despite eating meat and vegetables. I've learned that eating less portions of food and walking around helps me lose weight to 222lbs.

LOL fun video. Monk fruit is actually healthier than sugar though. I had gastric bypass and my doctor told me monk fruit is natural and way healthier than white sugar. I love Smart Sweet. 200 plus pounds down 4 years now. I know this is a fun drama video but did you ever consider weight loss surgery? I had the same struggles as you. I lost 134 pounds and stopped losing around 234 pounds. The last 50 or so didn't want to come off no matter what I did. I had gastric bypass 4 years ago and went from 234 to 145 in a few months. I lost all my fast-food cravings and sugar makes me sick so no more temptation lol Just a thought. It's not for everyone. I know it's hard AF and I'm proud of you.
