Thanks for the support. IDK why anyone would intentionally lie about a wig. That is weird. I will say, sometimes brands take more care in sending us the good stuff because who purposely sends out "bad product" to showcase. But I belive the same should be done for a paying customer! With that said if you EVER buy a wig that I showcase and it is not exactly like or better than what I showcased, please email me to get the issue handled. I can only show what I receive, which is why it is important to watch my content from beginning to end, and read description before purchase so you know exactly what my experience was. If I customize a wig, you will not get that and some wig baes forget that LOL. I am always honest about the product I receive though 🤎💯
