I bought the seemingly gallon-sized flacon of vintage Leather Oud (2014) some years ago. It's a beast! I love it, but others don't really care for it...and anything more than one-spray under the shirt will stink-out a small office building. I have no regrets buying this gem, but I wear it so infrequently (and only 1-spray) that my massive bottle will survive another 150-years. I remember dracdoc having a similar experience with this one about 10-years ago. Cheers!

Funny fact: My worst blind buy happened to be one of my best blind buys afterwards, because at the time I bought it, I really disliked the fragrance, and never wore it again. However, I didn`t sell it, kept it until today, and after almost 10 years, I decided to revisit it, and voila, I now love the fragrance, one of the best of my collection, designer bottle, niche quality. The fragrance is Narciso Rodriguez For Him Musc Collection.

Good lord, i bought a few over the years that I didn’t like but I probably have to go with Tom Ford Noir de noir, i just couldn’t get on with it so i sold it, too much rose 🤢

I would not recommend to buy decants or travel size. Best thing is to buy a scent from you smelled in store.
