I think this is only true for Delhi interviews, because I recently went for my first Cabin Crew interview of all time, and it happened to be of Indigo. I'd watched your video a few days before going for the interview and was completely ready to be rejected as it was my first interview. This was in Kolkata. And the recruiters were actually really nice to me! ❤ But what I did notice was that they play close attention to your grammar, vocabulary, and how you present yourself.

I thought I was the only one to experience this. The interview which I gave was in Saket,Delhi last month. The HR was taking interview of 20 girls together. She selected 4 girls out of the group in first round, she knew two girls by name beforehand from previous interview sessions, the girls were not even fluent in English, barely spoke a sentence correctly, gromming was also not upto the mark. the third girl was selected only because she started crying and made a whole scene there. There was this girl from tip to toe she was radiating proffesionalism, she spoke so well and fluently, I thought she would definitely make it to the next stage, but HR barely looked at her. It was my first interview experience with Indigo and I guess they are committed to shortlisting dozens of underconfident girls no doubt why the airline is always in trouble. The selection process was not fair and just. Poor experience. 🥱🥱

Yesterday only I went to the indigo interview and in the 4th round they asked us to conceal our moles and if possible remove it .I was so surprised that they did that like seriously moles like I can agree that scars and marks should not be there but moles .

Bcz if they hire those type of girls then the passengers in flight may insult the cabin crews of Indigo that they aren't able to speak nd many more bcz of 1 crew every hard working girl will be insulted .....nd no need to worry much more aftr interview there is exm in which 90% is pass mark if she can't crack that exm..there is no value for curropting in interview

I have face the same , and i have make myself i will never go for indigo interview again , the HR, That lady was really rude ,those who have went for indigo interview might know it was the same hr . Always she took in Gurgaon and delhi she is short in height brown skin , very disrespectful and proud type she will choose according to her choice whether that person did not say any words if she like she just select and whoever even answer so well if she don like she won't select, that hr. really spoil the image of indigo , i wish that HR . I had pretty much the same experience with Indigo in Chandigarh What happened was the HR who was quite young almost 26-27 first came to the hall before the interview started nd yelled at everyone saying leave these table and chairs at the back for me... literally she scolded girls who were just sitting peacefully nd asked them to leave their seats nd made them stand cuz no other seats were vacant. We just shaked that off nd then she again came nd asked the girls who were waiting to go inside the interview room to go nd sit,they were standing in the que for more than 15 minutes nd she said go back. No management of conducting the interview properly was there,no token no or anything,it was all a mess Later,she sat at the back of the hall in the waiting area nd started calling 10 girls at a time to give interview Only 9 girls went there that to after 5 mints of her calling again n again. Since I was sitting at front I thought some other girl might go but when no one did I stood up out of almost 100 girls went there nd sat in front of her. She began asking questions from left to right bt the first girl she asked the question from said ma'am start from the other side. Nd she agreed (I feel that thing depicted that she was not confident giving the answer before others. The question she asked was a person uh admire Girls didn't even understand the question properly some answered X admires me some answered in broken english that I admire my mother,almost 4 girls said my mother bt I said my teacher. Then came the turn of that girl she copied the answer of others nd with hardly understandable english she answered nd the HR only asked her the second question what is ur qualifications nd she answered that in the same manner To our surprise,she ended up selecting only that girl for the 2nd round. That didn't make any sense to me I was so disappointed that I didn't even asked her for the feedback nd left immediately. Nd I don't see myself going for the interview anytime soon at least not in Chandigarh.

Sahi bolre ho aap. I had already experienced this in my very first tym there was a girl calling somebody in the washroom and saying mene dedia h interview abh aap sambhal Lena ok on call. And in my second interview in Noida in ,3rd round which is vedio callround happening the girl's were cheating in front of HR. And she's not saying any single word there.

But I Still remember that day two girls wo log aaye the pune ae they attended indigo interview in Saket and the Rakhi Negi her name her height is too short she took the interview that day... Wo dono ne itne atche bola apna best dia but wo sunne se phle hi cv rejected kr dia.. behaviour itna kharab hy uss ladki ka kiya hi bolu.... Indigo jaise largest airlines ko usne mazak Bana k rkha hy behaviour k wajese attitude itna dikhati hy jaise CEO ho indigo k wohi sab sambhal rhi hy.. baki HR i think there behaviour is good they are kind answer krti hain... But that short height wali huhh...
