Saw that sports game sleeper at 15:54 i’m always amazed at how much the last game on each console goes for. NCAA 11 on PS2 I believe is a $50 game still.

I would make sure the store isn't overly cluttered, nothing will turn people away more than a store that is overwhelming. Having a large backstock is good, especially at the beginning. If you get decimated at the grand opening, the next people come in will see a empty store and never come back. And with the store opening you probably won't be able to source as much, at least at the beginning.

Definitely keep half the stock in the back. You have so much space make an overstock area by section so its organized. Then that will also help you know what you are low on.

Regardless of if you make bigger displays, I think you're always going to have some extra stock in the back. Extra stock that either just came in or you don't have the room for. So whatever you do, I'd make a bunch of cool, fun, nice signs that say basically "don't see what you're looking for? Please ask. We may have it in the back or might be able to get it!" Because some people won't ask unless you tell them to.

It sorta took care of itself, really. If the clothes had been up front, they would have blocked the view of everything else. So, the toys up front made sense. As far as the finer placement of things, I have no idea. We’re just making it up as we go. And will probably change it a bunch before the store opens. 🤘

You look so healthy and happy….just a thought…maybe you have thought about this already….there is setting up the shop and the reality of running the shop…you are going to get a lot of surprises about what sells and what doesn’t. Would it be possible to do some test runs with small number of invited subscribers before opening to soft test the store. Get some feedback and make some sales…Also at the end of every day open you are going to have to reset the shop. Kids are not going to understand keeping toys in certain groups….its going to be your antique shop x 10 worth of disorder. Just saying….kids are wonderful chaos ….but they are chaos…
