There needs to be an extreme penalty for these companies making false claims. They should have to pay what that video normally would make. KZbin needs legal action against them for allowing this illegal crap. As far as live streaming, these are people who want to support you & interact with you & if they donate money, it's because they want to give you a little bonus. I see no harm in that. There was a bigger issue a bit ago where someone had made a song using the Samsung washer done sound and it copy claimed someone’s video because their washer went off during a long livestream. I've got two of those notices in the past day. I have a tiny channel that does react videos. One was from a livestream back in July from before I was even monetized. The other from a livestream last night. I clicked the notice to remove the copywritten material and they removed the hold on the monetization. I mean I'm going to make about 20 cents on either video, I hope they love the five cents they got from me.

Well I will said this some of these copyright things on the Tube are really just ridiculous myself being a KZbin Creator as well an being on the platform since 2007 an doing vids on it since 2009 I have had issues with copyrights that really had no reason for it. There should be repercussions for individuals and groups that put out these false claims. They are causing a loss of money for both the KZbinr and KZbin when you consider how many times someone at KZbin has to investigate one of these issues and the monetization loss for both the channel and KZbin. Give them a limit of failed claims before all future claims are ignored.

I watch a pretty famous Mexican KZbinr, Luisito Comunica. He is the Spanish dubbed voice for Sonic in the movies. He went on tour all throughout Latin America and was interviewed by tons of Spanish speaking media outlets. One was a Columbian CNN and they used clips of his KZbin videos as they talked about him. They copyright striked him for his own videos! 😂 He made a video about how annoying it was to get a person from KZbin to actually look through the strike against him and he has 30M subscribers, I think. But, I bet KZbin will do anything to not anger companies like Disney and Nintendo so they just f*** over their own content creators, the ones that make KZbin ALL of their money.

I know it's not this scale but I had one of these on a Sega Saturn Outrun game play video I did. It wasn't by Sega, no. It was by a music producer. One of there crappy dance tunes music videos was just a game play of Outrun. I objected to it saying Sega own the rights to the game play not this music producer. My appeal was rejected. I was also threatened by this music producer for defamation for saying the music was crap generic dance music. I replied saying it was a review.
