During pg its 45k (1st year) , 50k , 55k( 3rd year). Then u have to do mandatory rural service for 3 year with constant salary of 70k/month for that 3 years. (In west Bengal)

Highest stipend for an intern in India which is around Rs 60,000 is in AFMC, Pune. After that comes Assma, from where I am doing my MBBS, stipend is around 31,000 here.

@@tanvimhatre6871 Academically it's pretty strict here. You have to maintain 75% and 80% attendance in theory and practicals respectively. Otherwise it's great around here. Weather is great all the time...lots of places to travel around. Guwahati itself is a decent city

i think you should go for pcm, engineering gives you a decent salary and there are 14L seats, med seats are 60k max and almost double the competition for very few seats, dont be greedy, If you think that you are in the top 1% of students who qualify NEET ug and then the top 40% mbbs students who Qualify NEET pg(NExT for 2023 which is even tougher) then good luck👍🏻
