First time always goes unplanned and it will be the best experience ever. It's ok it's a lesson for you. You managed it very well. Next time you better arrange a bouncer with proper stage and program planning. And don't make it in a mall or a public place 😅. Tell them to take normal pics and not selfies, it's highly impossible I hope next time crowd will be doubled for sure.
