The PIE is the Perpetual Income Engine. It is a method of investing that I created around a portfolio I managed in 1996. And the lesson this father taught his children. A guy with three kids and an income of less than 5000 a year in 1955 created a portfolio of 3.5 million for his children. I managed a portion of that and the kids told me how DAD did it.
