For everyone: teach your dog a fix position when using a rigid counterbalance! If the handle goes back and forth while being used it has effects on your dogs shoulder

Thanks so much for making this review👍🏻 I was wondering, because now it’s almost a year, that you got your harness, do you still like it and would recommend it? You wrote, that one part broke and that the handle you chose was moving to much. Did anything else broke after that? Are you still using it, after you got your Bridgeport harness?

Hello!!!! I do not use my yup collars harness anymore, I still have it and it is fixed but I personally felt as that type of harness make did not suite me and my assistance dog. I feel that I like Bridgeport more at the moment (hence why I have two😂) but I’m open to trying a yup collars in the future if the CB handle was attached to the harness like the Bridgeport, I personally wouldn’t recommend the one I have if you use CB handle a lot.

How sturdy is the bracing handle? I have a bridgeport harness now and I feel like it moves forward very easily with not much pressure.

Hellooo!! Tbh I feel like this one is the same I love the harness but next time I will get a built in bracing handle rather than one that connects! Also the handles come stiff so once they loosen up it dose work much better! X

How did you deicide on the lengthen of your handles? Im trying to get a guide handle for my straight front yup harness that can do CB and Guide

If I am totally honest because it was my first time buying a CB and Guide handle what I did was measured my dog from the shoulders up to where I thought my hand placement would be comfortable for the CB and I basically did the same with the guide handle but instead stood her a little in front of me and from her shoulders measured the length I liked her to be for forward momentum (I really hope this makes sense😭) x

Do you recommend this or Bridgeport? I’m going to get a larger prospect in a few years. I have toy size dog. But I’m going to train my larger dog for mobility and guide.

I've just got a Bridgeport I am going to do a review video on it!! I am just waiting to use it a little more but personally for me I like my Bridgeport way more than my Yup, if you want to get a Yup I recommend getting a counterbalance handle that it attached to the harness don't get the one I had because its too flimsy and a metal part on top broke. Keep an eye out on my channel for the Bridgeport review I am going tops it soon!! xx

How long did the custom harness take to be made?

Sorry I should have mentioned this!! I bought it in the beginning of February and I received it the beginning of April!! From when it was sent to when I received it was next day delivery so very fast! But that might be because I am in the UK x
