Yes that was actually Mya tap dancing. She was trained in tap dance under the legendary Gregory Hines growing up. Mya is actually Jamaican and Italian. The 90s had a ton of black pop/r&b stars and Mya was one of them. She's also one of the best dancers in the game. You guys should react to Case Of The Ex by Mya.
