He’s trying to manipulate the picture to look like it’s part of the packaging. That’s the easiest way to get a one star review to have the packaging looks so different until it’s changed.

@consumer you are right, I did this to my client's bath towel account and the refund rate doubled with a top reason " product not as described".

Hi, thank you for putting this valuable content, I'm a bit confused between your recommendations an amazon’s guidelines for the first image that mentioning: “Content: The main picture should clearly show the product without artwork, designs, watermarks, graphics, or text. Additional images can show the product in use or its environment.” Wouldn't that represent a risk to get the listing down for non compliance? Please, any guidance on this regard is highly appreciated. Thank you for your content

I thought you could only have the item that is for sale in the photo. You have cookies with your cookies Sheets. I want to sell phone cases and use a photo of one with the phone in it. Possible?

To comply with Amazon's guidelines, you can include a phone in the image if it helps demonstrate the use or scale of the phone case, as long as the phone itself is not the main focus. Ensure the phone case remains the star of the show!

Good ideas but the text is not done in a professional manner. How hard is it to conform the text to the 3D perspective of the box? This should be a piece of cake for any designer worth his salt.

Nintendo did the same thing when they were advertising the Gameboy (the huge one that took 4 batteries) the name Gameboy was in much larger text than what was actually seen on the unit itself

If you watch this video carefully, you’ll understand why he remains the gray hat, pretending to be white agency people in the conference circuit avoid . I know I personally would give a one star review if the packaging looks so different than what I purchased, remember essentially you’re manipulating the front picture to show a packaging that doesn’t exist. I only wish that Johnny Depp pirates of the Caribbean mug was the one that was suspended

Genius hack. Have you ever had it where your listing's main image vs a competitor's main hero image is the same size yet yours is small and theirs is largely displayed?

HI. Thank you very much for this video. I'm going to add the red starburst indicating Large Size like you recommended. I did have a question about adding / testing product packaging to the photo. Is this technically against TOS since it's not the actual packaging that is included with the product? edit: I just tried to add a small red circle label for LARGE SIZE, just like you showed- on my product packaging, and my listing was suppressed. Is there a certain way to add this?
