Nothing to respect brother.. Yes I appreciate their hard work and struggle.. But they should focus on changing something.. Bihar was very developed in time of Ashoka , maurya empire and before Britishers and Mughals came .. But in present time situation of Bihar is not good .. they too are human they have same mind and capability of what other Indian people have .. When small states are being developed.. Even rajasthan and odisa which were bimaru state once are attracting investment and tourism .. Bihar should improve their image , politics of Bihar and economic conditions of Bihar ..

They have ganga and many rivers coming from Nepal , they can make irrigation system, To stop flood they should work in summer , removing debris from ganga and kosi river , sending extra water to drought areas .. Making more canals to give water to each farms of state , and then other states like up , jharkhand, mp , chattisgarh, bangal .. Then they should invite some industries , even small states like utrakhand and Himachal have industries .. These industries can be anything like making fruit and food products, making wine or cider or alcohol products to export Pharmaceutical, automobile, electronic products, cosmetic products, or clothing industry, ship and boat manufacturing.. Should learn something from Bangladesh too .. They too have huge population and small land .. still they are doing very good job .. I can't make these changes .. if Bihar have so many ias .. some of them should leave job and enter into politics.. and try to make some good changes
