Will they work over paper thats already been printed on as I know the distress oxide sprays won't as it covers the print underneath

I don't understand the question. What do you mean "printed on"? What medium are you referring to?

@@MyArtSupplyObsession say if you've printed an image or text document will these work over the print or would they cover it so the print underneath won't be visible

@@aaronwalker1555 You can add a little water like as if you were using watercolor and that will make them a little more transparent.
