2/3 tsp tu mcm lebih sikit daripada 1/2tsp tp tk sampai 3/4tsp. Terima kasih tngk video sy. Selamat mencuba.

Salam, permukaan kek tak cukup bakar saya rasa. Tp kene jaga2 pasal kalau terlebih bakar akan pecah kek bila gulung. Atau cuba naikkan suhu pada 5 min terakhir.

Assalamualaikum sis. Thank you for the wonderful video. May i ask if we can bake two trays at one time? If can, can you advise on how to? Or need to bake one tray at a time to avoid the tapak kuda from breaking?

Waalaikumsalam. I usually bake with a 5 min interval so it gv me time to fold one cake while the other is baking. U can bake 2 trays at a time but u may be abit kelam kabut when handling the filling and folding part of 2 trays while the others are baking. At least gv it a 2min interval if u r quick and wants to bake more than 3 cakes. I still gv each tray a 5 min interval even when i had 40 cakes to make in a day 😊👌 also just to clarify tt be it one tray or more, still on the same rack, not multi racks pls when u bake.

Resepi ni utk 3 loyang 10x5 inci. Kalau nak buat loyang 10x10, kene doublekan resepi ni baru boleh masuk loyang 10x10 3kali

Salam sis maaf, mungkin boleh tapi tebal kek akan terjejas nnt bila nak gulung ade masalah sikit. Kalau ada 10x10 inci pun boleh. Adunan gandakan 2x supaya dpt 3 kali bakar. Pas tu kek yg 10x10 tu potong 2.

Boleh simpan dlm freezer. Bungkus dengan cling wrap betul2 pastu taruk dlm kotak kek jd tak terpenyek nnt. Boleh simpan dlm freezer 2-3 bulan. Kalau da keluarkan dan taruk dlm chiller mesti dimakan dalam masa seminggu. Kalau simpan kek dlm peti ais, mesti slalu tutup dgn plastik atau kotak, jgn biarkan dalam bekas terbuka. Nnt kek kering.

Best kalau u pakai plain flour. Cake flour takut lembut sngt nnt nak gulung susah agaknya. Resepi mmg da ade corn flour.

Ikut resepi dan cara2 buat dengan teliti. Kek jangan tebal atau terlebih bakar. Ikut saiz loyang yg betul. Terpulang pada resepi dan saiz kek, ade org lepas bakar sejukkan betul2 baru lipat, ade yg lipat dulu dan biarkan sampai sejuk baru isi filling. Kalau kek sy buat ni, sy isi terus lepastu lipat, tak perlu tunggu sejuj, tkde masalah. InsyaAllah.

Boleh. Lepas keluarkan kek dr oven dan taruk nutella, sy terus gulung. Nak tunggu sebentar pun boleh tp tk payah tunggu sampai btl2 sejuk

Cake cannot be too thick. The measurement i gv shld be good enuf. I usually fold while its still warm.

If u cling wrap properly and keep in air tight container, before cut, and only for nutella filling, could last abt 2 weeks. If it has been cut into slices, keep in air right container, i would say probably abt up to 1 week.

Can but very delicate. Easier to handle with ovalette. Or find any sponge cake stabiliser at any bakery shop. That would do.

Yes, I did! It was super delicious. Super soft. Made it for dessert. Everyone loves it but they told me it was slightly dry. I'm not sure if I overbaked it. 175 degrees for 17 mins. Will this mistake make my sponge dry? May I know what butter brand did you use in this video?

Oh i see.. i think it may be slightly overbake coz mine isnot dry. It may be due to your oven temp and baking time. May need to adjust abit. Mine was 170deg 15 mins no fan.

Boleh tapi awak kene gandakan resepi ni x2. Sebab resepi ni dapat 3 keping kek ukuran 10x5inci. Kalau awak nak guna 10x10inci, 1resepi dapat 1 1/2 loyang je. Kalau 2x resepi ni boleh dapat 3 loyang ukuran 10x10inci.

8x8, inci kecil sngt. Mcm tak kene nak 1 adunan atau dua. Lagipun bila nak potong kek bagi dua nnt terlalu kecil utk lipat.

Kalau nk guna loyang 4segi, kene x2 adunan ni jadi dapat 3 loyang besar. Tapi sebaiknya utk loyang 10x10 inci. Kalau 9x9 inci boleh jg tp kek akan jadi agak tebal nnt tak boleh lipat atau kalau lipat akan pecah kek nya. Bila taruk dlm loyang kene kurangkan adunannya.
