Ok. I'm speechless. As you will note I'm not speechless 😂Well no I do have to say that you and your contractor worked beautifully together to create the most thought out additional things that a person just would not think of!! This is the best build. I never felt like i was in a tiny home. Your bedroom is so awesome . It looks like a regular home bedroom and that closet.. Oh Lordy . I love your love for animals and how you included their needs and extras in the building process . Your kitchen felt like a regular kitchen and not having uppers absolutely left it open and airy. It's absolutely a wonderful home that i could only dream of owning. The things that your contractor thought up made this the BEST ONE EVER... I have agoraphobia ( fear of leaving my home ) I'm 60.. I live in a bedroom in my daughters townhome. It's on the basement floor. I used white louvered doors to divide the room to make it appear as a big living room with a love seat and full size couch with hand built coffee and end tables. A huge tv stand . A small electric fireplace - black- no windows 🙁 but slider doors open to fenced in yard. The other side of louvered doors a single bed- make up table.. This all fits into a regular townhouse morning size room. I just know tiny living is for me because i run upstairs to make my plate.. See my grandkids then spend all my time in my little country decor room☺️ but my dream is a she shed made into my tiny living home ... You are a beautiful elegant lady. Love your sense of humor and your sense of style. Again the best BUILD I've ever seen and i constantly watch these tiny home videos . Thank you for having me over.. I enjoyed this tour so much ❤️

I watch a ton of videos on tiny homes, van conversions, motorhomes, etc. and I have to say - WOW - this is without doubt, the most beautiful and functional tiny home I have seen. Your builder/designer has done a fabulous job - the use of space is wonderful. I can see why you're so proud of it. There's a few things that wouldn't work for me (crawl in closet - I have bad knees) but overall, a perfect design and I love the storage under the gooseneck. Congratulations and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy.

I love, love, love your tiny house Serendipity! You’ve incorporated so many things I want/need and answered so many things I’ve had questions about. Your tiny house doesn’t seem tiny at all!!! I’ll be 67 soon and have health issues so an upstairs is something I need to avoid though but I could use it for an extra bedroom. I need to cut expenses. I really would prefer my own private lot so neighbors aren’t so close. But that’s more expense to run utilities, get permits, lawn care, property taxes, etc. Our lot rent for trailer courts isn’t that cheap. Plus there is no shade or privacy outdoors. I don’t know what our zoning codes are either for tiny houses. Anyway, if I could wiggle my nose I’d have one like yours set up tomorrow!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Brilliantly well-thought-out house! It's lovely, it's practical, it's built around YOUR life (and not the other way around, as so many of these builds seem to be), and it's just all around fantastic. So many clever ideas, all the storage, the thinking ahead (stuff like not having to climb a ladder every night, being able to stand up to make your bed, giving yourself options with your toilet, the sink above the washer/dryer, everything!), and it's also welcoming, cozy, and just beautiful. Agree.....great layout. Only thing I'd change/kitchen is to have pull-out/rolling pantry instead of cupboard doors. Did anyone discuss that option with you? Oh yes....I'd do a trailer size tub/shower too! Totally prefer shower curtain over glass doors some people put in...I'd rather wash the liner occasionally or even throw out/buy new over the pain in the arse to keep glass clean.😉 Lastly, bravo! on putting shed under gooseneck...haven't seen anyone else do that before.

THIS! Your carpenter is an excellent craftsman. The match of your skirting and "shed" is perfection....it doesn't look like an "add-on" at all.
