If INR had restored its 2013 value (1 USD= 56.5 INR) against USD, the cost of Kodaiq would have been far less than even 2020 rates. I suggest to test drive at a dealer place as Skoda manual transmission has slight stiffer clutch... Rest engine n aircon is light noise here with some kind of rattles on dash - as otherwise is not a deal breaker as the car has excellent build quality, decent steering feedback, superior mid range performance and is stable and fun to drive in high speed..

Indian parts are subpar compared to older models(or CBU) where parts used to be sourced from Europe. it's a common sense that if a parts specifically comes from abroad its going to take time.

Sir, hamesha se 1.0L overpriced hai and fuel efficiency bhi itni khaas nahi. You can try to increase the budget and rather go with 1.5L variant (if available on discounts) which is a better and high performing engine and highway fuel efficiency is even better as it cruises on only 2 cylinders. 1.5L TSI is currently the best engine available in the country. Otherwise, Hyrider Strong Hybrid is also a promising and fuel efficient option although no comparison to 1.5L TSI in terms of performance.

Brezza is most VFM in the list. Bigger and more fuel efficient engine. Torque Convertor is better than other automatic transmission (especially than AMT, DSG) Wide body, more ground clearance and road presence. Try to get Smart Hybrid variant for slightly better performance and fuel efficiency. Grand Vitara Delta offers even better deal with better safety options like 4 disc brakes and smart hybrid from base model. 2025 models might have 6 airbags as standard from base variants

Sir, every car manufacturer is going to launch EV model of their popular cars next year. There will be improvement in batteries and EV infrastructure as well so buying an ICE now is a gamble since car ownership might last max 3 years. The BS7 norms and further regulations will make cars more pricier and expensive to maintain so I don't think buying an expensive ICE now makes any sense. Compact SUV for 2-3 years is OK if someone needs to upgrade OR get a new car.
