I live in south Austin, I've been getting into the benefit of mushrooms and learning about growing them and how they benefit the ecosystem. And i just saw now your video. Very interesting

Awesomeness! I believe we here in Arkansas have the Amanita Arkansana as well. I love learning to forage! My granny taught me how back in the 90s but I'm just getting back into it and bringing my kids along too.

Thank you for posting so soon! I had a birthday dinner this evening and could not attend the live stream. Looks like it’s going to be great.

Wow, thanks, learned a lot. I wish we had more happening, in fact, anything at all happening in Savannah, GA.
Any clue where I can find more lectures? I’m out of books at my library and running short on KZbin videos regarding mycology. Thank you♥️

Great course, but 'funga' will never catch on. People can't even come to a consensus on how 'fungi' is properly pronounced as is, but we at least already have it as a functional term for what you're using 'funga' for. To quote the late Bert Lance, "if it ain't broke don't fix it".

hello angle my name is wassila and im a morrocan student who just gradueted high school and im intrested in becoming a mycologist but in my contry this feild is very not heard of and i couldnt find a college that offers courses in mycologie ,i was wondering if i should pursue a biologie degree as a starter to my career and then specialize in parasitologie abroad if its possible or is it necessary to attend medical school and get a masters degree first ,i hope to get a clarification of whats needed to pursue mycologie

I think a biology undergrad/backelor is a good place to start, then you can apply to grad schools abroad to specialize more in mycology. good luck!
