i just wanted to thank you for posting this i made it for my husband for his birthday and he loved it anyone that knows him knows he loves Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and he always eats the largest mixing bowl I got so I ordered a large silicone mixing bowl offline and used that instead of a chocolate bowl so I could make it extra large i love watching your videos they are very informative and you make it so easy to follow :) thank you again

Hi Lillie Z I think the best tool for such an issue is a 'cake leveller' google it for all the brand/types. And be sure to wait for your cake to fully cool after baking before attempting to carve/level. :-) Hope this helps!
