This was the best session I have ever encountered on Smoldering Myeloma, certainly the most honest! He stayed with what is known and clarified that so much that should not be guessed without long term studies. He made me think that if I start pre-emptive treatment, that the choice - today, in 2024 - is between only slightly longer term survival and putting up with drug effects. Listening to the entire talk, I feel informed. Irwin Weiss, MD
