This is because to avoid the extra cost required for hiring their services. Tips/ points given in the video is definately useful who want's to construct their houses with in available budget. One more thought: In the past, homes were built without columns, and many generations have lived in these homes without any issues. ज्यादा ही जानकारी है ईस आदमी को छत जितनी ऊच्ची होगी तो कभी भी मकान रोड या गली का बार बार निर्माण होने से मकान नीचे ओर गली की ऊच्चाई ज्यादा होने पर मकान मे दो तीन फिट तक भी भराई की जा सकती है लेकिन अगर छत पहले ही 10 फीट की होगी तो ये सम्भव नही है
