IF, I'm not mistaken; the Jedi must learn to let go all that he fears to lose. Well, at least to me, I lost the very person I thought would share the rest of my life with. It's been 1 month and its been really difficult but each time I meditate to this, I close my eyes; I like to remember that first line and say "Im proud to be overcoming this difficult situation, and am full-on towards completing my training as jedi master". I like to think I actually am a jedi/padawan.

Never mind the religious dogma pushed by AMLZ88, those people just haven't been enlightened yet. Maybe a few more lifetimes will suffice. What helps me when I'm stuck in my head about difficult situations is to go into the body. I bring attention into my hands, feet and breathing (be present). Those are the gateways to get out of your mind and become the consciousness that you are.

As shown in the Star Wars Legends timeline, the original mantra of the Jedi Code was the following: "Emotion, yet peace. Ignorance, yet knowledge. Passion, yet serenity. Chaos, yet harmony.

Those are the Jed'aii not the Jedi, this was before the "100 years war" that would eventually see the Jedi formed and the Dark "Jedi" sent into unknown space...where they found Korriban and the Sith, after conquering and inter-mingling (and also breeding) they became their rulers, the first "Dark Lords of the Sith" mixing their Jed'aii training, surperior tech, self-learned alchemy, with Sith Alchemy and their various potent dark-side insights.

I’m Asian and Mahayana Buddhist. I always meditate 3:30am to 5am in the morning before sunrise 🌅. That’s the bed time to meditate while people are sleeping 😴. Hi from the United States 🇺🇸 America, from the city of sunshine ☀️ Florida. I always feel the universes vibration when I go to deep meditation 🧘

If you think about it, what might be early morning for you (before sunrise), people are active with there day all over the world in different times. All sorts of things are happening between 3:30am to 5am your time.

@@jasonk.6374 I go to bed early at night, between 8pm or 8:30pm. It’s hard at the beginning, you will get use to it. I don’t take any sleeping pills 💊. For some people I don’t know 🤷 it work for me.

I have attempted to meditate many times in my life and prior to this CD the only success I've experienced is with live guided meditation. kzbin.infoUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq This is the first CD I've used that cuts through my unmedicated ADHD and enables me to truly relax and experience a quiet and energizing interval. The instructors voice is very soothing and pleasant to listen to. I am easily able to sit successfully through the entire CD, and for quite some time after. I cannot adequately express how tremendously helpful this CD has been on my spiritual journey!! Two thumbs up and 10 stars!

Same feeling but it's diapering g cause I'm letting go of all negitive and there's more calm then ever but I know I'm being attack daily but I use the breathing tech and meditation I haven't started cause I want to make sure my body is cleanse complete the doctor have me on pain med and I'm waiting to go to my appointment to get of it I'm so discussed with what thae been giving me was most likely hurting my inner self so when I was meditating I truly was feeling healing but at the same time I just felt I wasn't gettin healed it's like I was healing and back in the loop because of the medications the fdoctors have me on I know how much better for me it will be and people will feel and see my true inner self come out I feel like love and light is tryin to explode out of me I feel when I get into meditation again sumth9n bigger good is to come namaste crestor bless all souls and spirits today and God bless my daughter and me and please look over all of us that live here on mother gaia amen

As a laborer most of my life, these sounds remind me of factory generators or machine motors left running after everyone's gone home, last shift. Not a very pleasant drone I want to listen to for very long, more gloomy to me. And I'm studying and listening. A dim, darkroom feeling comes to mind by these drones. 🧑🏻
