If you ever revisit Bangladesh, go to BUET (known for technology and engineering) or North South University. Those are prestigious universities and students are more social and speak better English. Dhaka University is more of a public university anyone can afford so the type of people you meet here won't be the most sophisticated.

Secular Nationalist teach the kids to hate Pakistan to love Bangladesh. It is like a rule for them. And they immediately denounce any Bangladeshi if they support Pakistan. Regardless of their extremism, the muslims of Bangladesh love Pakistan as muslims of Bangladesh love every muslim around the world for the sake of Allah. Thus we have huge Pakistan supporters. But the area he went to is Dhaka University. The center of all secular and nationalist extremism. Which is why he was asked not to reveal his identity. Or else he would have faced dumb questions from secular Nationalists.
