Hello Crow, been looking forward to this all week and it did not disappoint. Love the walking dead bridge lol 🧟♂️🧟♀️❤ River walking especially in forest and woods is magical, so lonely and other worldly at times. And the waterfalls only highlight that! Great track, thanks for sharing. We will keep you posted if we manage to put together a video for you, maybe or favourite UK hike to date!? How long is the track, are there any restrictions on what classes as a trail? I'm sure we can put something together ❤🤗 All the best, stay well, Ceri and Kat ❤☕⭐

I hope you can post your favorite trail as well. I also hope your restrictions start to go down in the UK! We have not restrictions that I know of out there, campsites are wherever you want to camp. Enjoyed the video, Crow. Eagle creek is one of my favorite spots to camp; right above the falls. If you’ll rub some Spam on you, those ‘walkers’ that frequent that closed bridge will leave you alone. 😁 You’re a good ambassador for the Bankhead/Sipsey. 👍🏼

So excited to do this! Great message (LNT), great trail, great video! Real question time: do most people leave their shoes on with water crossings? I have always either taken them off and gone barefoot, or brought a secondary light pair of shoes for such purposes/camp shoes. But it seems like you just went right in with your hiking shoes, is that something people do?!?
@DMSAdventures3 жыл бұрын
Ya you know youre all in when you cross multiple creeks. So typically when there is a "little" something falls there is a "big" something falls. Was there a BIG ugly in the Sipsey? RMM asked where you stay. Are there designated campsites, dispersed camping, or both? RMm says his favorite trail would be in Turkey Run State Park. The terrain is very similar to what you were showing. RMS favorite trail was in the Charles C Deam Wilderness in the Hoosier National Forest. Why don't they just call the creek after the confluence, The Ugly Eagle Creek? The Eagle falls looked beautiful for sure!

Awesome video and that trail did look awesome. Thanks for the challenge. I hope to get a video out soon...but it will be a little bit different, since i will be doing a CANOE trail, instead of a hiking trail. ;-) Also, I have to say it...if you love waterfalls, you really need to come spend a coupe of hours in Pisgah. There are four magnificent waterfalls within about 2 miles of my house. And I mean magnificent. Two are in a local park and the other two belong to friends and family. There are also a couple of others, but I would have to dig a little to find out about permission to visit them.

It is always a pleasure to hear an enthusiastic hiker like you Crow tell about a good trail to hike. Now trail 209 is a bit remote for me to hike on, but it is fun to watch you hike there while you give a good talk about it. It is motivating and makes me wish the snow will melt soon here so I get out in the green forest again. As for my favourite trail I found it last summer on an island in the far north of Norway. There is a 100 km long trail across Sørøya island and it is stunning as my movie will show you:-) I am in love with the place! kzbin.info/www/bejne/pJ3bh6uKrJZnZsU

Why not end the naming argument and just call it Ugly Eagle Creek?

That’s not a bad idea!

I like it! Squidly and I were afraid someone would get mad if we messed up the names. But, I think we should have just said “Ugly Eagle Creek” and let them comment...🤣🤣🤣✌️. Thanks for watching Hiker33! Crow✌️
