Why doesn't anyone see that DECONSOLIDATION needs to happen? HISD is way too big. It should have been broken into at least six smaller districts years ago. Keep districts smaller and local.

Most large areas like Houston have failing schools due to the lack of investment in the community of the schools and prep that started with students even before PK and Kindergarten with home based practices...start early and often be consistent and this can be corrected with community help, nothing is gained by firing staff...
