I may be biased, but 80s babies had the best timing for toys and cartoons. We got to enjoy rereleases of previous generations, plus grow up with great cartoons and toys from the 80s and 90s, but as adults we still get to enjoy the new stuff and watch the old stuff online. Who remembers Lady Lovely Locks, Star Fairies, Rose Petal Place, Cupcake Dolls, Moondreamers? Plus all OG Care Bears, My Little Pony, Rainbow Brite, Strawberry Shortcake, Transformers, TMNT, Littlest Pet Shop, and more.

I miss OG Littlest Pet Shop. I still have all mine so I’m putting up little videos of them over time. They were more “realistic” than the modern big head versions. They were perfect for little figures with Legos or especially for pets for dolls. Especially the bunnies, gerbils, mice, cats, dogs, and birds. The zoo/safari animals and especially the Sea World sets were not as too scale, but still awesome. I wish I’d had been able to get them all! They need to make more like those. We 80s and 90s babies would love ‘em.

Yep, I need that Monster High Polly Pocket. Too cute!!! I hope Mattel makes more crossovers like that! I think there are some mini Barbies coming out later this year that are the size of Polly Pocket dolls, along with some cars and houses. I definitely need those! Dioramas are so fun, and making them even smaller is even more fun! Mini dioramas for our dioramas - love it!

Ironically I did a really similar thing with leftover boxes for my Polly pockets!! They were handed down from my cousin, but they were the larger Polly pockets that were a few inches tall. Id take tissue boxes and like leftover cardstock boxes and turn them into little doll rooms. I was such a huge fan of this channel too. I have such fond memories of crafting when I was that young and playing with my younger sister. Feels almost full circle for my childhood a bit haha

Walmart is starting to carry Strawberry Shortcake and Rainbow Brite reboot “fashion” dolls with super cute accessories by the same company that makes the minis you found at 5 Below! They come with 4 mystery accessories and I learned that the accessories vary so if you want all of them you have to buy more than one doll to try and get them all. On the back of the boxes it shows other dolls in the collection but I don’t think they have actually been released yet.

Oh wow LPS at 5 below, it’s easy to collect the blind boxes if you ever decide to get them. On the bottom of each box, there will be a code that ends in ES. The two numbers before the ES will correlate with the number of an LPS
