God of War 2018 Review (PS4) - "A New, Incredible Standard Is Set"

God of War is a game about more than just Gods and wars. It's a game about Gs. And Os. Ds, for sure. Then there's a space. Followed by Os again. Then Fs. Another singular space. That's when it becomes about the Ws. Penultimately the As. And Finally? The Rs. Nice video review Ross. As a Dad of Boy yourself, I'd like to know if it resonated with you as a Father / Son story. Other than that, I'm with you; a top notch game that made Kratos more than just that angry man born on the PS2.

God of War is... -A Masterclass in Storytelling -A Masterclass in Game Designs God of War has... -The most addictive, nuanced and satisfying combat in a 3rd person game -The most rewarding exploration out there -A superb level design -Epic Set-Pieces -An emotional and resonant Soundtrack -One of the best and well written stories ever made -The best AI companion I remember -An amazing cast of characters -... All in all, Game of the Year, Game of the Generation, One of the Best Games of all time. A new benchmark for its genre, and dare I say, for the entire industry. I’m in awe, literally.

My Games Lounge The Last of Us is my Top 1 from last generation. It it ties what God of War has achieved It’ll be better than the first part

Yes, the Last of Us was top IMO too but this managed to beat it. Truly special game and it's good to hear they have done so much work on the game engine and story that they already have ideas for the sequel. Don't think it will take 5 years to do the next GOW. Really appreciate you checking out the video and the channel as we grow our library of videos :)
