Value chain. I knew I had to go all the way back to my source in order to maximise profit, but I didn't know there was a word to for it- value chain. Thank you Vusi.

Awesome video. I have been watching quite a few of these Master Class videos and am quite impressed and proud of the work that you are doing. I am a Black American Business and thru these videos, I can see there are a lot of similarities between a black business in America and a black business in Africa. Business is business and some of the strategies I heard in the video are effective in America also. Great source of information for growing Africa. Keep up the Great work. Take Care...

I cannot say it enough, I absolutely love your work Vusi Thembekwayo!!. I especially admire the way you enjoy speaking with your fellow citizens of the Africa Continuent. It is quite clear this is where you feel most at ease. The switch up with the language (verbal and non verbal) is sometimes lost of us but these guys are yourself thoroughly enjoy the banter. You are truly an inspiration on a global scale and your fellow citizens are very very lucky to be blessed to have these sessions with you. I sincerely hope when you get to Trinidad and Tobago in September that I have the priviledge of meeting with you.

i wish one day the taxi industry really understood en realised their worth. They should be buying their parts directly from Toyota, every rank should have a workshop. Where by there's a wheel balancing machine tyres bought directly from Dunlop or Goodyear, propshaft en sliding door rail is maintained and vehicle is checked at every interval of km's , sliding door rail is maintained. Passages are put 1st instead of profit.
