Katherine Riley toKeep your legs together squish a water bottle between your legs then and try and keep it there

Katherine Riley if you can try this on a trampoline all you do it put your legs together and imagine your legs are tied together

Katherine Riley, a way to have your back handspring strong, is to practice a back arabian, or a back Iimber, while slowly inching your feet closer and closer each time you do one. It helped me a lot.
