It sort of reminds me of a two story art gallery but with rooms on the corners. I love a home that has the stairs off to the side where they are not seen when you enter a home. He had some great ideas, especially breaking up the textures on the walls and ceilings. That huge slab of marble out back is amazing. I've never seen one that thick.

My second favorite home by Toll Brothers, this Irvine CA homes and floor plans are my absolute favorite. They set the standard of builders so so high. The design and lay out is just so smartly done. Just makes sense to me. Love love

I've been to this neighborhood a few times; the interiors of the homes are gorgeous, but the entire Altair development is pretty grim. Maybe once the vegetation comes in, it'll improve.

I saw this home (and the others in the development) last week. This house is not $2.1M. This house is $4M because of all the upgrades. The base model home, which doesn't have MOST of the exceptional design features, is $2.1M. The model homes are all listed at $4M because they feature personalized everything -- floors, built in cabinets, fixtures, water space, etc.

It's beautiful, but sterile, doesn't look like you can "LIVE" in it. It's like you're afraid to spill anything or have a bit of dust anywhere. As far as the inside/outside living, it looks good but flies and mosquitoes kind of kill that vibe, unless there are also sliding screens as well. I have seen that before. But the star of the video wasn't the house, it was that beautiful baby!
