Peppermint, love peppermint patties! Had to laugh when your parents scrambled from the camera saying, “ I don’t want to be on You Tube”. That would be me, also. lol. Had never heard of crack candy. It did look good. I ‘m like you, Melissa, have to get sweets out of sight, or will eat them all.❤

Melissa, all your goodies looks so delicious. I would like to have one of each for breakfast this morning. This lady in my Sunday school class makes that crockpot candy and it’s so addicting. I love it. You’re the second person I’ve seen making that Christmas cracker stuff and I’m really interested in what that must taste like. I was talking to my daughter Missy a minute ago and she told me she had made Those crackers and that she had a problem staying out of it. Whatever those cookies were sure looked festive. Not sure you talked about those I’ll have to go back and watch again. It does look like you’re in really good shape for Christmas and I’m sure your family all appreciate your efforts. We always opened our gifts on Christmas Eve. That way the boys could get up the next morning & play with their new toys & games while we parents slept in a little bit!🤪 The crack candy looked delicious! So enjoying these vlogs!❣(Peppermint!)

Peppermint..We open our presents on Christmas Day followed by a big breakfast of waffles, croissant,bacon and eggs,We love having strawberries but for a very small container they are pricing around $9.00 for around 7 large ones. We will either have a bbq for late lunch and early tea and hoping it will be sunny a day swimming.I’ve just finished my baking today and I make Lolly cake,bark,and Tim tam cheesecake balls which go very fast.

Question about your early morning wake up, are you waking up earlier due to vlogmas or is between 4-5am always your wake up time? For me 5am has always been my sweet spot but now that I am an empty nester I have struggled with getting up early yet It always helps me when I do. Just curious for fun. Gas (regular not premium) in Los Angeles is $4.60. I got gas at Costco yesterday and was thrilled that it was “only” $4.09 a gallon.

Gas here in Georgia is ridiculous almost $4/gal and that’s not even premium. Us folks here in the south are not happy about it but I’m not getting into the whole political rant. I had two of my wonderful friends visit me today and they brought a huge selection of cookies which are absolutely delicious. I made coffee and spanakopita which we all love. My family loves to bake cookies and we’re going to do that this weekend. The kids and I bake gingerbread cookies and they get to decorate them but we’re waiting for daddy to get a day off so it can be a whole family ordeal. My husband is a sheriff sergeant so he’s hardly ever home but we get to enjoy him when he’s home. He spends most days and nights out there and we miss him here at home. I feel so thankful for all the military and law enforcement families out there, may God bless and protect each and every one of you. ❤🙏🇺🇸
