Remember he is retired and can speak the way he feels. He was not hot tempered in practice. Do not use one's voice to judge the temper. Go read his judgements and you will appreciate him. Mahama takes a shambolic case to court and it is ruled unanimously against him and he brands the justices as unanimous FC and you Justice Atuguba gives credence to that? Very disappointing. It is okay for a retired justice to disagree with opinions of sitting justices but to condemn them in the manner you have done, is tantamount to lack of judicial maturity on your part.
