that’s good explanation from Dr Justice there was supposed to be a clarification and decision to executes the court’s order since one party decided not to wait for the speaker’s decision on the ruling, the adjournment was necessary

It is time for the parliament of Ghana to adopt an anonymous voting system whereby members of parliament votes on issues are kept secret. So that evil minds like these cannot use the parliament to steal Ghana's properties because they have majority. The majority status can rendered irrelevant when there is an evil agenda against Ghana

Now this is where I always tell people that "politicians" strategic. In the midst of chaos and national fight like "Galamsey" they have managed to use one incident to shift an entire NATION's so that they can have some break. Because if you check document well, Hon. Afenyo Markin took action before the Speaker's proclamation of the vacant seats. He said he "anticipated.." Now they want to come back to Parliament 😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄

Dr. Srem-Sai, the law is clear. The Supreme Court has aired. The Supreme Court cannot tell Parliament how to conduct its business. This is pure politics!

Ghanaian politicians are funny. When the president employed similar tactics to maneuver around signing the LGBTQ bill they were mad at the president. Now they are supporting the speaker's action to delay the order of the court. In the future when this same law is used to remove NDC MPs in a way that doesn't favor them, they'll be complaining like the NPP is today after it was used by speaker Quaye
