Since when force leaders became public speakers with so much rumors wrangling ( both army and police)? This government has caused more damage to the fabric of Ghanaian professionalism by politization of all relevant arms of government. This is soo shameful

This is needless, are Akyem and Dormaa not the same Akans? have you seen Ewes, Ga Adamgbes or people from our Northern part showing their differences or do you think that they don't have distinctiveness among them? When will Akans learn.

Why don't you ask your grandparents.?
@BestBrainTawiah11 ай бұрын
@michaelakenya. Great question asked. Forget about the nation wreckers who leave the obvious to tell the sensible ones to go ask grandparent. They are part of why Ghana is in a mess today. The man sounded like a coward afraid of his own soldiers thinking by telling them he is from the 'Armour they cannot penetrate him', they will be afraid. He did not come out to respond to a rumor for nothing, he is scared! Did you hear the ones he praised after acknowledging the everyone present? The ones that are really on the ground who take actions. Why is he openly praising them? He is scared. Stooping so low to talk about Juju. Is that what the military police use tax payers money to do? Reporting photographs of their superior sent to Juju places? Imagine such a general quickly coming out of his shells to respond to a RUMOR, when Techiman South killings orchestrated by some soldiers with commands from a source he definitely must know, has been almost 4 years and he did not see the need to quickly come out of his shells like a partisan politician he did today to equally speak on it AT LEAST since that rather falls directly under his nose and relate to his office, and why taxes are used to feed him and his wife from Akyem palace we are told. Unless as a General from the Armory as he put it, anything concerning the use of Armory to kill unarmed innocent tax payers, including children exercising their Civic responsibility is a RUMOUR to him. And anything to do with RUMOUR, he must jump out to prove he is a General from the Armory? Sad. The military must redeem its image and stay away from disguised partisan politics involvement. IT IS ONE GHANA FOR GOD SAKE! NOT ONE PARTICULAR PARTY!

Oppong Peprah is a big disappointement; his behaviour is unbecoming of a senior military officer. Generals only speak strategy and tactics, and not trivialities based on rumours and gossips; They will rather keep quiet. Nobody ever said he is an Akyem. All they have said is that he is married to the daughter of Okyehene. Why will a military leader react to rumours like a politician? That a whole General will go this low is so sad. That is the new low NPP governance has taken the Ghana Armed Forces to, rivaling the lows in the Police Service and other public entities; so sad. Oppong Peprah should be smart enough to know that we have passed the era of subtle threats and intimidation. It will not help him. He should be professional, and not allow poltical influences to dent his many years of dedicated service to the colours. We are in the era of accountability, courtesy media advancment in coverage and exposés. His speech only exposed the Army as a divided entity, and this should be an indictment on him as the Chief of Army Staff. Generals hardly speak, or engage in public discourses, but when they do, they exude wisdom that knowledge that gives confidence and bind the men and womem of the Forces together in unity and trust.
