I mean mudryk has played years in shakhtar and I've just not seen him in any list of the fastest players, but he held the record at some point in EPL after his first game... Nobody is 'scammed' in football. They had the scouts, they had done their due diligence. Most of the big transfers nowadays are for very young players because they have much more long term value than a player in their late twenties. If it doesn't work out, that's on Chelsea.
