After watching this I finally fully understand where his music comes from. His music is so profoundly genuine and emotional. You can literally see him fighting back tears, he's an emotional guy and that is why his music grabs you.

You said it Mark. I love Myles style and I am proud to say Elvis , his producer, is my cousin- and I got it set up to meet Myles after a show in PA 2 yrs ago in November.. on his birthday- what an honor. :-) That was an intimate show.. was right there able to see his several feet away. Close up and personal show. I hope he returns.

I could listen to you talk and sing every minute of the rest of my life. Myles you are Number 1 on my list. So very talented in all that you do and props to you for writing and singing about things that you have experienced in your life. I'm sorry about the loss of your father...I just lost my Dad unexpectedly in September....he was only 64 and I guess ready for the trip to the unknown. I listen to your song numerous times a day everyday In Loving Memory when you performed in Amsterdam...I get goosebumps everytime I watch it and the tears just flow. To hear the audience sing with you and for the ones they loved and lost is just beautiful and awesome. I sing along at home, until I fall apart....your voice and songs speak to my soul as I'm sure it does with all your fans. Please don't ever stop writing and singing. Yours truly, Cheryl Porcello one of your number 1 fans

Myles is truly my role model, not only because he is one of the greatest musicians to have ever existed, but also because he is just a good person. He has always been kind, genuine, humble, honest, passionate, sympathetic, respectfull and he loves the thing that he does best. Creating quality music. Most important of all is that he doesnt take anything for granted. (im sure, he has/had flaws, but i still need to figure out what those might be/were.) Myles, you are awesome, i wish you a wonderfull life and a long brightfull future.

I fell in love with this album after second 1, revisiting its story now that I lost my father, is like a hug to my heart, I'll never listen to this album the same way, it's definitely the album of my life. Thank you Myles, I hope I can see you in my country with your solo project, I've only seen you with Slash and the Conspirators, but man how I'd love to scream my heart out with Miss You When You're Gone! Or I'll have to reach you in the US, I guess haha.

It’s been almost 30 years since my father passed away. I relate to the process of getting into the place where the story can be told calmly. This record is just awesome from top to bottom in every single tiny little way possible...is just that good (and personal, which makes it more appealing). And loved that Elvis, Zia and Myles got to work together again...Second Skin is a rare marble, just as Year Of The Tiger

I remember when I just heard the single Year Of The Tiger, and I wasn't sure if the album will be great or not, I said to myself, well at least we have one high-quality song from it. But when it came out to the market, I heard all of the album and I just fell in love with each and every song. This album is such emotional, just pure music at it best. Man, Myles Kennedy is tremendous musician and a great person is well.

I'm not even surprised by how blessed myles is. You can't br that talented and write so much emotional and breath taking songs if you haven't failures and a broken personal story. Every emotion felt in this record feels authentic, there's some pure truth that rise from it. I can't wait to see some live performances because I won't be able to see them in real life, as the french show is full. Best record I bought since 20 years.

Hi Myles, I came here after hearing you sing Wild Horses with Haley. I'm so glad that I discovered your channel. Your story truly touched my heart.
