When I go to the official site of AngularJS, it mentioned that AngularJS is stopped supporting since Jan 2022. Does it means that this library will be replaced sooner or later? Would it beneficial spending time to pick it up?

AngularJS was re-written into the modern Angular Framework. If you work in a legacy application and that application appears to be in AngularJS, you would learn it. But if that's not your case, learn the modern Angular framework.
