How to Make KIT KAT CHOCOLATE at Home | Kit Kat 🍫 Recipe With Homemade Wafer Sheets, Homemade Kit Kat Chocolate with homemade Wefer Sheet without Mould, without wafer machine and without Egg. Crispy wafers coated with Chocolate.

Ingredients ( yield 12 wafer sheets)
All purpose flour - 1 Cup
Powder Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1/8 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1/2 Cup
Dark or Milk chocolate - 100~150g

For a easier time, you can purchase pre-made wafers and sandwich them with chocolate cream and then enrobe them, or buy already-filled wafer cookies and enrobe them. There are simple tutorials on how to easily temper chocolate so that it's shiny and will remain solid at room temperature and won't stain your fingers, rather than the the dull and bloomed finish that results from just melting chocolate without tempering as shown in this video. (The 'wafers' made in this video are actually crisp cookies, and are not the texture of the wafers used in KitKats.)
