How to replace the bearings and seals in the Crankbrothers Eggbeater 3 using the Pedal Refresh Kit. Also in this video are the Tread Contact Sleeves replaced.

@@Szyszku хороший вопрос, по не помню, мне витачивали из капрлона. По идее можно туда ставить игольчатый подшипник как у 3тих ЭггБитеров. Или юзай старзу 3тие

what is the torque setting when tightening the bolt just before end cap is put on?

The torque setting for that nut is 4Nm and for the end cap it's 3Nm.

thnx, what about the coil spring ? Mine is loose, how can i change it? .

For the Eggbeater 3 you'll have to remove the axle. The body that you have left now is threaded into eachother. So clamping the left side (not the cage) and unscrewing the right side. Tools are needed to clamp, but be carefull of clamping to hard and bending the material (use an insert). After that the cage is loose and you can replace/retension the spring. I don't know if this is the case with all Eggbeater models.
