I actually enjoy Flubber too. So.e parts are boring but the physical comedy can be funny and Robin Williams is always great fun. RIP

The only good thing that came from this movie is the bean bag flubber that came with the VHS copy ended up being my chow lab's permanent toy. She loved nibbling on it to pop the beads inside and parading around with it!

Wait, Home Alone 3 was bad? It's my favourite of the series! Also I remember loving Flubber as a kid but I must have not understood anything in the movie back then, lol. I think it's still unique at least.

@@Benobot99 No I'm talking about the thing you said about seeing a movie a year thing. At that rate, you still haven't made it out of the 90's. Granted, a lot of them are great but overall it's an experimental stage of cinema where a lot of creators were trying out CGI for the first time, and that became the focus of storytelling rather than the story itself. Think of a 90's movie that used CGI where the CGI spectacle wasn't the selling point of the trailer. Because of this, most films seem to have very little in terms of challenging narratives, engaging atmosphere, or just a simply likable character. My point is if you see one movie a year, you are only seeing the tip of the iceberg, and there is a lot of great films out there. I was actually surprised that a small independent film can leave a bigger impact on me than a Hollywood blockbuster. Movies like "Mean Creek" and "Hunt for the Wilderpeople" are still better to me than say, idk, "Deadpool 2" or "Die Hard". So your taste depends on your exposure. And what you're exposed to cannot be entirely of your own choosing. Heck, you might stumble across something fantastic and be like, "Why am I only seeing this movie NOW?" Lots of reasons. Lack of access to greater variety, lack of interest in certain genres, just not hearing about it, living in a country where films of certain content are not allowed, or just straight up not caring, among others. But you saw all 3 Home Alone movies and thought the third was the best? Shame!

Sorry but this film failed to resonate with me. I love Robin Williams (RIP) but this just isn't one of his better movies. I can't place this next to better films like Aladdin, Mrs. Doubtfire, Good Morning Vietnam, Hook and One Hour Photo. I was also pissed off that they didn't use Get Down Tonight by KC & The SUnshine Band. Instead they used some generic conga crap that wasn't fun to sit through.
